FAQQuick answers
All questions →How long is a session?
Every session, 1-on-1 or group, is 60 minutes, live over video with your coach.
How do online sessions work?
After you buy a session pack, you pick a time from your dashboard. At the session time you join the video call right on this website. No extra app is needed, just a phone, tablet or computer with a camera.
What time zone are sessions in?
Session times are set in Beirut time (Lebanon). The booking page shows the available times, so check the difference if you live elsewhere.
How far ahead can I book?
You can book up to 3 weeks ahead, and at least 2 hours before the session starts.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard up to 12 hours before the session and your credit stays in your account, so you can book another time. For anything later than that, message your coach.
How do group sessions work?
Group sessions are live video classes led by your coach with other clients. You book them from your dashboard the same way as 1-on-1 sessions, using a group credit. Group credits are separate from 1-on-1 credits.
What happens after I sign up?
You fill in a short health profile, then an assessment about your goal, schedule, equipment, training background and any injuries. Your coach uses it to plan your training safely. It all happens online and takes a few minutes.
Do I need experience?
No. Programs are built for your level, from complete beginners to competitive lifters.
What equipment do I need?
Whatever you have. You tell us your equipment in the assessment (from bodyweight and bands to a full gym) and your plan is built around it.
I have an injury. Can I still train?
Often, yes. Post-rehab coaching is our specialty. We build a safe, step-by-step return to training around your recovery stage. Coaching is not medical care, so check with your doctor or physiotherapist first.
Can I talk to a coach before I buy?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or through the Contact page for a free assessment and consultation. We'll talk about your goals and find the right option for you.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Do bigger packs cost less?
Yes. 5 and 10 session packs lower the price per session, for both 1-on-1 and group training.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled case by case. Message us on WhatsApp or email us and we'll help.
